2003 ROEA FAMILY MEMBER SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

Natalie Attan Evan Kardon Megan Knaus
Natalie plans to attend Western Michigan University where she will major in special education for the physically impaired. Ultimately she would like to work with service animals. She enjoys writing and participated in choir and track at Kimball High School.  Natalie is the daughter of Bonnie and Dan Attan. Bonnie is an Academic Support teacher at Parker and Whittier. Dan is a teacher of the Educable Mentally Impaired at Keller Middle School. Evan plans to attend Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio and will major in biology or physics and secondary education. He graduated from Berkley High School where he played football, basketball and baseball. Evan is the son of Oakland School Social Worker and ROEA President Sid Kardon. Megan is planning to attend Michigan State University where she will be studying Pre-medicine and Health and Human Sciences. She is the daughter of Donna Knaus, a teacher of the Visually Impaired at Kimball High School.
