(a) Once a TA is reached on an issue, it’s completed and won’t be re-opened.

(b) Caucus: Limited to 15 minutes. Topic of the caucus will be shared

(c) Notetaker/Facilitator: Board will provide a notetaker. Notes will be reviewed by both teams daily. Facilitators will rotate. Each team will appoint a facilitator.

(d) Issue Exchange and Discussion - some information needs to be exchanged prior to bargaining: Economic data. A sub-committee of J. Schwartz, K. Pino and Sid Kardon will clarify economic data.

(e) Bargaining dialogue will remain confidential. Nothing specific is released until after 5/24. Minutes are confidential forever. Need another meeting to clarify issues before May 22nd.

(1) No one will talk to the press unless teams mutually agree.

(g) Agreed upon standards: Enrollment Trend, Foundation Grant, Wage Settlements Package and language in other contracts related to our issues.

2. Sick Bank: Approved 3 requests for a total of 8 days leaving a balance of 169 days in the Sick Bank. One request will be granted after the amount of days needed is determined.

3. P.E. Request: Approved 1 request for P.E. day in May.
