  6. SCHEDULING PROBLEMS AT KIMBALL: Discussion about numbers of places in classes for students. This was referred back to the BFC. Joint Committee will discuss this again at a later date.
  7. TECHNOLOGY USER AGREEMENT: Discussed the proposed agreement. Also discussed implementation. This is a very important issue and everyone needs to be presented with the information. One possibility is that a video be made so that everyone gets the same message in the same way.
  8. MIDDLE SCHOOL ATTENDANCE POLICY: This was referred to Curriculum Sub-Committee.
  9. USE OF SICK BANK: Discussed reasons for the use of sick bank. Past practice has been to only use sick bank for the employee’s own personal illness or injury. This will be discussed again in May.
  10. LETTER OF AGREEMENT: Discussed a letter of agreement for a teacher. There currently is no one on a letter of agreement.
  11. FINES FOR MISSED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CLASSES: There continues to be a problem of teachers not calling when they can’t make a class. We will all think about ways to solve the problem that doesn’t involve fines.
