BANK: Approved 5 days
leaving a balance of 225 days in the Sick Bank.

PERSONAL
BUSINESS DAYS: Approved
one request and denied one request.

GRADE
CHANGES BY ADMINISTRATORS: This
was postponed until December until the law can be checked.

CHILD LEFT BEHIND: Discussion of the implications of this law on
the district.

SENIORITY
LIST: A draft is
being printed and will be sent out for corrections in the next few
weeks.
- PART-TIME
POSITIONS: Discussion
of need for part-time teachers.
- PILOT
EVALUATION PROGRAM REVIEW: Clarification of evaluation pilot
requirements.
- CLASS
SIZE RELIEF: Approved
one request for CSR.
- CENTRAL
MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY MASTERS DEGREE:
CMU will begin next February to offer a Master degree in
the Royal Oak District so people won’t have to travel. More information will be coming in a few
weeks.
- HEALTH
COMMITTEE: Discussion
of pre-negotiations information gathering.
- NEW
POSTING: Discussion
of a posting for a Social Worker substitute for the remainder of
the year.
- ENROLLMENT
FORECAST: The new Van
Deusen forecast was distributed and discussed.
