IN ATTENDANCE:  S. STANDEL, K. CORNELL, S. KARDON, L. FLYNN 

1.    MINUTES:  Minutes from December 5, 2001 were approved as corrected. 

2.    SICK BANK:  Approved one request for 10  sick days leaving a balance of 271.5 days in the Sick Bank.  

3.    PERSONAL BUSINESS DAYS:  Approved 3  requests for Personal Business Days. 

Denied 2 requests.    

4.      RELIGIOUS LEAVE:  Approved 3 requests for religious leave. 

5.  SEMS FOLLOW-UP:  Answers to commonly asked questions are attached.

6.    CALENDAR CHANGE FOR 2002-03:  review of changes for 2002-03.  A letter of agreement will be signed by the ROEA and the Administration. 

7.    KELLER FIELD TRIP COORDINATOR:  Members agreed that the position would be filled by a part-time ROEA member, a member on leave or a retired member. 

NEXT MEETING:  FEBRUARY 7, 2002. At 8:00 a.m. at the Board Office.
