Jim George

Jim George has dedicated 32 years to teaching in Royal Oak. He taught fourth and fifth grades at Upton and Franklin Elementary Schools, EMI at Longfellow and CI at Kimball H.S. He plans to help take care of two grandbabies who will arrive soon and he hopes to travel and possibly work in exotic places.

Jim has always been a strong supporter of the ROEA and has never been afraid to express his views on what we as individuals need to do to keep our union strong and united.  He has been very vocal about the need for good health benefits for all of our members and understands that we need to stand together to ensure we all receive the benefits we deserve.
