1.  High School Progress Reports: Delay in printing and distribution.
The progress reports for this marking period were delayed.  The delay with the progress reports was due to Pinnacle.  The information did not transfer to Microsage.  The progress reports were processed and printed. This concern will be directed to the Instructional Technology Committee.

2.  Royal Oak High School –School Store Update
The Business Department is concerned that the allotted space per student be in compliance with state guidelines.  Supplemental pay will follow contract guidelines to operate the school store.  The business department would like to be included in the planning of the partnership with Chartwells for the Internet café. We suggest that these concerns be addressed with the building administration.

3.  Technology Resource Teachers – Elementary and Middle School - Elimination of Tech support positions when Pinnacle report card system is being implemented next year in the Elementary.

An Instructional Technology Leader (with an instructional background) will hired for K - 12 to coordinate all aspects of instructional technology including assistance with Pinnacle and professional development.

4.  Certified Media Specialist at the Middle Schools for the 2006-07 school year.
The budget has been developed to support one Media Specialist at each of the two middle schools for the 2006-2007.
